Abstract

Cottonseed oil is highly consumed and produced in Mali. To assess the quality locally produced cottonseed oils, 52 samples were collected from plants. The study showed 59.6 % were of good physicochemical quality. There is a need to undertake further study. Authorities are advised to take actions.
