Path analysis confirmed all hypotheses. Self-Monitoring was demonstrated to be an important personal characteristic in Tinto’s Theory.  Application of theses findings are discussed.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Advances in Social Sciences Research Journal}, author={Smith, Wade and Forbes, Sean and Robichaux-Davis, Rebecca and Guarino, Anthony J.}, year={2020}, month={Jan.}, pages={406–408} }
