RISE OF THE AYATOLLAHS

In the 1979 revolution and removal of the Shah from chair, the Iranian people aspired an

improved social and economic situation. They selected as successor Ayatollah Ruholla

Khomeini, living till then in exile, expecting a religious Muslim authority to realize his promises

and be sensitive to the public needs. However, soon after, they were deeply disappointed when

the only change done, declaration on the establishment of an Islamic Republic, did not change

much in the governmental corruption and public poverty. On the contrary, the situation in daily

life deteriorated along with new retrictions imposed by the new theocratic rulers. Actually, the

Ayatollah’s regime took control over Iran with an ‘iron fist’ by establishing an Islamic

Revolutionary Guard Corps (a secondary military entity besides the Iranian army), as well as

the Basij paramilitary militia (responsible for enforcement of the Sharia laws) to fasten their

control. Upon Khomeini’s death in 1989, Ali Khamenei became the supreme leader, and rather

than improving, exacerbated the situation with decisions and actions reminiscent of the

behavior of a ‘Jabbar’s (neighborhood bully). No wonder then that despite Iran’s impressive

history and substantial industrial potential, the Ayatollah’s violent ruling system led to decline

in life and educational standards, with particular impairment of women’s rights (as also

happened in Afghanistan due to the Taliban rules; ref. 1). Although a putative psychiatric

examination of Khamenei could have proposed a cruel childish personality hidden behind a

ludicrous appearance of a sanctified darvish, his real rotten characteristics and lack of moral

restrictions were exposed by his continuous murderous activity and religious and territorial

aspirations. Surprisingly, his entire regime accepted, even appreciated this violent approach,

perhaps by adopting the beduin custom of ‘using the sword’ in any problem or dispute. Hence,

instead of a modern, advanced society, living in relative comfort, the religious control,

oppression of women, and military offensive acts against the entire Middle East, especially

Israel, reduced Iran’s prestigue, debilitated its economical potential, and damaged its foreign

affairs and international status (ref. 2). Obviously, the Iranian 1979 revolution failed in

providing a better life to the citizens, and numerous Iranian academic immigrants now living in

the United States, have admitted in being naive when demonstrating against the Shah and

paving the way for a group of religious extremists to take control over their country (personal

communications). To distract the public attention from governmental corruption and political

and economic difficulties, the Ayatollah’s regime adopted the same trick used by a number of

Arab leaders, that is blaming an external imaginery enemy responsible for all troubles. They

selected Israel while raising two deceptive issues: one is support in the Palestinian claims of

ownership of the land of Canaan (Israel; ref. 3). The other is an inflated fear of violating Islamic

holy sites by Israel, particularly that of the Al Aksa Mosk in Jerusalem. Notably, these claims are

totally outrageous in view of previous good relations between Persia and Israel, particularly

prior to the Ayatollah’s rise, or even long time before in the great days of the Persian empire,

when Cyrus the Great, the Persian emperor, defeated the Babbylonians and enabled in 538 BCE

the return of the Jews in exile (taken by king Nebuchadnezzer as slaves to Babbylon) to their

homeland (Israel). Presently, the Ayatollah’s claims against Israel are clearly fake since (1) the

Palestinians, offsprings of beduins and Arabic refugees from Southern countries like Saudy

Arabia, Egypt, Sudan and Jordan, never had national aspirations when living under the control

of either Egypt (Gaza strip) or Jordan (West Bank). They settled in the vacuum formed in Israel

when most Jews were taken slaves by the Roman empire (the Tytus gate in Rome is still an

impressive memorial monument) two thousand years ago; (2) they ignore the united Nations’

decision in 1947 to enable the return of Jews from around the world and after the holocaust to

their ancient Israeli homeland. Notably, as mentioned above, at that time the Palestinians,

refugees of the surrounding Arabic countries, did not raise any national aspirations; (3) the

right of the Jews over the land of Israel appears in the holy Qur’an; (4) the holy sites of all

religions are well protected by Israel enabling all believers practice their religious needs with

no disturbance.

Interestingly, the disappointment of the Iranian people from the results of the 1979 revolution

is reminiscent of similar frustrations following revolutions in which the end results deviated

from the original aims. In most instances, another political power arrived from underneath to

exploit the messy situation and take control. For example, the bloody rise of Joseph Stalin and

the communists following the Bolshevik revolution in Russia headed by Vladimir Lenin (in

1917; ~10 million killed), or the final communist take-over in China with Mao Dze-Dong as the

supreme leader (in 1949, while millions were assasinated), or the French revolution (~40000

killed) ended by Napoleon Bonaparte, while the establishment of the French Republic occurred

only later, or the Spanish revolution in 1936 and a civil war (hundreds of thousands killed)

ended in 1939 by Fransisco Franco, who took over and ruled with an iron fist till 1975. Overall,

it is a pity that Iran, a former empire (Persia), with flourishing potential, has deteriorated

economically and morally particularly ever since ‘captured’ by the Ayatollah’s regime.

MAIN CRIMES OF THE AYATOLLAH’S REGIME

The main crime of the Ayatollah’s regime is against its own people and negligence of their need

to improve the social and economic poor situation. Most of Iran’s expenses ever since the

revolution have been directed toward a military buildup to secure the new regime, and then

construction of terror organizations all over the world, and particularly in the Middle East to

support their colonial and religious aspirations. Most of these actions were expedited and

coordinated by Ali Khamenei as the supreme leader, joining by that the reckless group of

leaders endangering the world (ref. 4). He deserves this abominable depiction due to the crimes

made by his regime under his orders both against Iranian citizens, particularly women

(‘violating’ in some way any of the tough Islamic rules; e.g., wearing a hijab), but also against

surrounding Middle East countries. Khamenei and his Ayatollah associates are using similar

claims distracting the Iranian public attention against Israel, as former Arabic leaders were

used to do when the internal pressure increased. Of similar reasons, another Islamic extremist,

Arduan, the present leader of Turkey, had adopted similar fake claims against Israel (ref. 5).

Not only that both leaders, Khamenei and Arduan, have declared a Jihad against the Jewish

state, with the aim of freeing the Al Aksa Mosk in Jerusalem from the hands of the ‘heretics’,

their other excuse is to wipe off Israel and enable the return of the Palestinians to their alleged

homeland. Not only that their reasons for such a Jihad are groundless, they both use, as above

mentioned, the same primitive trick used by previous Arabic leaders against Israel, distracting

the attention of their populations from their internal difficulties, while unifying Muslims toward

a purported religious mission. Khamenei’s extremism against Israel passed recently any

rational limit by enormous investments in constructing a terroristic ‘ring of fire’ around Israel

(Hamas and the Yeman Houti’s in the South; Shia militions in Iraq and Syria; Hezbollah terror

organization in Lebanon) besides straight threats and shooting from Iran itself.

TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION THE AYATOLLAH’S REGIME MUST BE ERADICATED

Concomitant to the war against Israel, the Iranian population suffers from economic difficulties,

that have intensified as a result of sanctions imposed by the West (led by the United States of

America) in retaliation to their militaristic offensive accompanied by development of nuclear

and long-distance rocket abilities. Most probably, this situation will not end peacefully and may

provoke a World War of the Western civilization (US and NATO) against the Eastern ‘Axis of

Evil’ (Russia, China, North Korea, Iran). Besides the anticipated destruction, it seems that the

world leaders of the ‘Axis of Evil’ ignore the global risks that may arise from their aggressive

approach. Not only that humanity is under risks of putative cosmic dangers, such as large

asteroids, or detrimental irradiation from deep space, as well as putative devastating

consequences of tremendous earthquakes, global warming, increase in sea level, destruction of

all photosynthesising organisms and life on Earth, these leaders focus on absurd religious and

national aspirations. Of note, Khamenei’s declarations and desire to wipe-off Israel are not

based on any dispute between both countries. No joint border, and no harm to holy Muslim

sites. The Al Aksa Mosk in Jerusalem is in the hands of the Jordanian ‘Waqf’, an inalienable

charitable endowment under Islamic law, and is well protected by the Israeli law, army and

police, and so Kamenei’s attempts to fuel the hatred toward Israel are empty of content. Since

Iran, marching toward nuclear ability, has become presently the main risk to Israel and

surrounding countries like Saudi Arabia and the Principalities of the Persian Gulf, it seems that

restrain of the Ayatollah’s insane endeavor would require their eradication, particularly of their

fanatic leader, Ali Khamenei, and division of the country into several states according to the

ethnicity of the various inhabitants (e.g., Persians, Azerbaijanis, Kurds, Arabs, Lurs, Turkmens).
